Her responsibilities include business operations, billing, project coordination support, estimating assistance, human resources, payroll, taxes, and company vehicle registrations. Martha brings eight years of experience in construction and more than twenty years in customer service, allowing her to create a clear, organized experience for homeowners—especially during the bidding and billing process. She enjoys the variety her role brings each day, from solving operational challenges to supporting the team wherever needed.
